At OzCamps, our priority is to ensure fast and reliable delivery for every customer. We work closely with multiple fulfilment partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible, even during high-demand periods.

 


 

 

Shipping Timeframes

 


We offer FREE Express Shipping on all orders.

Shipping From Our Warehouses

 


To ensure the fastest possible delivery, orders may be dispatched from:

 

  • Our Australian warehouse, or

  • Our international warehouse (China) when Australian stock is low or sold out

 


If an item is shipped from our Chinese warehouse, this is done to prevent delays and ensure the customer receives their order as quickly as possible. Tracking details will always be provided once shipped.

 


 

 

Order Processing Times

 


Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.


During peak seasonal periods or storewide promotions, processing time may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience during these times.

 


 

 

Delivery Delays & Refunds

 


We understand delivery delays can be frustrating; however, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside our control.


Therefore:

 

  • Refunds due to delivery/delivery wait times will not be accepted

  • We allow 30 days each way from the date of shipment before investigating or considering a refund or reshipment request

 


This ensures parcels have sufficient time to clear customs and carrier networks during high-demand periods.

 


 

 

Missed Deliveries / Incorrect Address

 


Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.


OzCamps is not responsible for:

 

  • Parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete address

  • Missed deliveries or failure to collect from a pickup point

 


If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at the buyer’s cost.

 


 

 

Tracking Your Order

 


Every order is shipped with a trackable service.

Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear after dispatch — especially for international dispatches.


If your tracking has not updated for more than 15 days, please contact us and we will investigate.

 


 

 

Lost or Stolen Parcels

 


If tracking shows an order has been delivered, OzCamps is not liable for:

 

  • Stolen parcels

  • Parcels delivered to the wrong address due to customer input error

 


If your item is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the courier directly and lodge a missing parcel enquiry.
