Sometimes carriers don’t scan parcels at every stop. If there’s no movement for more than 3 business days, email us at
support@ozcampsco.com and we’ll investigate it for you.

We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return window. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Email support@ozcampsco.com with your order number, the item you’d like to return, and the reason.
Once approved, we’ll send instructions and a prepaid return label (where applicable).
No. Unapproved returns may not be processed correctly, so please contact us first before sending any items back.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds usually appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Once a parcel is dispatched, we’re unable to change the address.
