At OzCamps, we stand behind the quality of our products — that’s why every order is backed by our 100-Day Guarantee.


 

Eligibility for Returns

 


You have 100 days from the date of delivery to lodge a return request.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


➡️ Returns cannot be accepted if a request is not lodged prior to sending the item back.


 

How to Lodge a Return

 


To start a return, contact us at support@ozcampsco.com with your order number and reason for return.

If approved, we will provide:

 

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on where and how to send the item

 


Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

 

 

Faulty or Damaged Products

 


If your product is faulty, damaged, or not working as intended, please contact us right away with photo or video evidence.

Once confirmed, we will send out a replacement at no cost.

 

 

 

Non-Returnable Situations

 


We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

 

  • Shipping/delivery delays (shipping times are not a valid reason for return)

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Products returned used, worn, missing components, or not in original packaging

  • Items sent back without an approved return request

 

 

 

 

Exchanges

 


If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to lodge a return, and once it is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

 

 

 

Refunds

 


Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks/credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.

European Union Customers

 


If your order was delivered within the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period where you may cancel your order for any reason. Items must still meet the return eligibility conditions listed above.
